Current version: 0.2.3

Welcome to MapFox.

MapFox is a new mapping extension that gives users the options of using a variety of map services to look up addresses and directions. The code of MapFox is self-contained, which means that it works without needing to tinker with regExp's or the like. Simply highlight text, right click and enjoy your new map!

Use MapFox by highlighting an address on a webpage and right-clicking. Select MapFox for a map of that address, or MapFox Directions to get directions to that location from your home address.

Notes for Usage:

MapFox prefers addresses in the following format: 11 W. 41st St., New York, NY
Or even better: 11 W. 41st St., New York, NY 10018
MapFox also currently supports City, State and zipcode lookups.
MapFox now supports 9 digit zipcodes and apartment numbers.

Options

MapFox currently supports Google Maps and Mapquest. You can select your mapping service in the Options dialogue. You can also set a home address and home zipcode.
New in version 0.2.3: You can set get your maps from one site and your directions from another!
